SeaLake Capital is an independent private investment firm focused on a single high-conviction acquisition of a small-capitalization business in North America, with an emphasis on partnership with established owner-operators.

Thomas Adamo

Mr. Adamo provides the firm's financial discipline, with a background encompassing M&A advisory, investment banking, and quantitative trading, complemented by a degree in mathematics from Stanford University.

Magnus Hepburn

Mr. Hepburn provides the firm's operational discipline, having founded and operated his own ventures. Most recently, he has worked across multiple disciplines at a large American manufacturer, spanning sales, operations, supply chain, and personnel.

What we look for

A profitable company with a long operating history. Honest financials. Loyal customers. Management or operators who care about what they have built and want it to outlast them.

We are patient capital. Our horizon is measured in decades, not exit timelines. We will not flip, strip, or financialize. We will invest, operate, and grow what we acquire.

How we work

Most sellers we meet have spent decades building something real. They deserve a buyer who shows up prepared, asks honest questions, and follows through. We come with our own capital, a clear thesis, and the willingness to move at the speed the situation requires.

After close, we step in as engaged owners. We support the people already running the business, invest where it makes the company stronger, and keep the culture the seller spent a career building.
